The Only Person in the world with Library Bans.

Today as I refused to take my dog on a walk I was sentenced (by my mom) to no more visits to the library. Then she made me go on that stupid walk anyway which made me upset, but hey at least I didn't have to hold that stupid dog my brother who took up the job was being dragged around by our stupid chocolate lab and it was almost as bad as this...
Dog Drags Kid Across The Lawn
Okay maybe I exaggerated a little but back to my main point to any normal human being this punishment would be a reward to them if you look at me though it's torture. Seriously what am I going to do with all of this free time I have?

Okay maybe I love books too much, but hey instead of the rest of the world that's watching TV or playing x-box I am in my room until 3am. reading. I feed my addiction by Goodreads and if you don't know that website than you have to become a member because it is the best reading website ever.

Anyways  Goodreads always has these competitions that you win books and I just started entering to win them a few months ago and I already have about 25 free books all advanced readers copy's. It's exciting and every time I get a new free books I feel giddy. "It's all mine" I like to yell when the many people in my house leave me home alone.

Something else I do to keep up with all new books is I reserve at least 15 books at the library and they usually all come in at the same time. What can I say I can't live without a good book. Reading about fictional characters lives is my life and I'd like to keep it that way.

I like to read about the many things that logic has proven will never happen in reality to me. This world that I live in tells me that I can't do pretty much anything that fiction characters can, but I can live the experience without my own body I can use Author's words to enter into other worlds and reading is a gift that more people should take as seriously as I do.

I think that all Authors have reasons for the books that they write and it's usually to show teach you lessons and the fictional things just come in to entertain their audience and it works (at least for me). So call me crazy but I wouldn't mind being an author and making children have the same experience that I do every time I read. Well that's it for today and before I forget click the link below to see Julian Smith, and make sure not to disturb him when he's reading a book :).
